1/6/18 Run and 1st C25K Event!

It’s the first day of the rest of your life! Tomorrow we’ll be back at it for a couple loops and the first couch to 5K training run!  If you are just doing the couch to 5K training, your info is under the C25K section below. All loops from Drake so park in the lower PTC City Hall parking lot.  Yes, it’s gonna be cold tomorrow…drink a warm glass of suck it up in the morning!

6:30 – 60 min loop

7:30 – 30 min loop (needs a leader)

C25K

7:30 – 20 min (2 min run and 2 min walk alternating for the entire 20 min).  This will probably be a big group so come with some patience.  There will be all types of paces so don’t freak out when the front of the group comes to the back.  This is how we all stay together.  It may end up we do some of these front to backs while walking, just follow the person in front of you and know that we are looping around to keep everyone together.
